“When applied to oneself, reflection is self-evaluation, which engenders self-correction — the most effective route to change and growth” (Russell, 1992).
Four critical reflections about my teaching and learning experiences shall be found navigating in this section, they include:
- The use of information and communication technology in the classroom.
- The importance of self reflective practices for teachers.
- The power of voice and strategies to protect it as a teacher.
- The importance of developing positive relationships with students.
